Non-Negotiable Qualifications:

  • 1 year inpatient concurrent review (MCG only)
  • 3 years acute hospital experience (ICU, ER, Med-Surg)

Job Description:

Responsible for clinical appeals reviews, denial management, documentation analysis, and composing appeal letters using InterQual criteria to support medical necessity.


2. PHRN Prior Authorization
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Work Setup: Onsite Manila
  • Salary: Up to PHP 50,000

Non-Negotiable Qualifications:

  • 1 year hospital experience
  • 1 year international healthcare voice experience

Job Description:

Manage prior authorization processes including document indexing, contacting providers, and ensuring compliance with payer requirements. Must have strong knowledge in medical terminology, coding, and authorization workflows.


3. PHRN Hospital
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Work Setup: Onsite Manila
  • Salary: Up to PHP 50,000

Non-Negotiable Qualifications:

  • 1 year hospital experience (2019 onwards)
  • 1 year international healthcare voice experience

Job Description:

Handle clinical reviews of authorization requests, interact with payers, provide complete documentation, and collaborate with provider networks to ensure efficient patient care coordination.


4. PHRN MCG
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Work Setup: Onsite Manila
  • Salary: Up to PHP 50,000

Non-Negotiable Qualifications:

  • 1 year hospital bedside (inpatient & outpatient)
  • 1 year MCG or InterQual experience

Job Description:

Perform clinical appeals and denial reviews, prepare appeal letters, and document activities in compliance with healthcare protocols using InterQual/MCG guidelines.


5. Technical Training Manager
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Work Setup: Onsite Manila
  • Salary: PHP 90,000–100,000 package

Non-Negotiable Qualifications:

  • Must be PHRN
  • At least 3 years Training Manager experience in a BPO setup
  • At least 3 years handling Clinical Healthcare accounts

Job Description:

Oversee training operations, manage content development, and ensure training compliance for clinical accounts.


6. USRN Trainer
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Work Setup: Onsite Manila
  • Salary: Up to PHP 85,000

Non-Negotiable Qualifications:

  • Active USRN (NY preferred)
  • 1 year trainer experience in BPO setup
  • 1 year handling healthcare account

Job Description:

Conduct training sessions for USRN hires, manage TNA/TNI, update training content, and coach trainees for operational readiness.


7. Lead HRBP
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Work Setup: Onsite Cebu
  • Salary: Up to PHP 65,000

Non-Negotiable Qualifications:

  • 1 year HRBP experience in BPO
  • 1 year in a Supervisory role (BPO preferred)

Job Description:

Serve as strategic HR partner, managing employee relations, talent management, and policy compliance in a BPO environment.


8. PHRN Team Lead
  • Start Date: 6-Oct-25
  • Work Setup: Onsite Manila
  • Salary: Up to PHP 60,000

Non-Negotiable Qualifications:

  • Active PHRN
  • 2 years TL experience in BPO (Healthcare account)
  • 1 year handling Prior Authorization

Job Description:

Supervise PHRN team, monitor performance, provide coaching, ensure SLA compliance, and handle escalations.


9. PHRN QA
  • Start Date: 6-Oct-25
  • Work Setup: Onsite Manila
  • Salary: Up to PHP 50,000

  • Active PHRN
  • 2 years QA experience in BPO (Healthcare account)
