About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Sales Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for promoting and selling our innovative oncology products and services to healthcare providers in the region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key oncology healthcare professionals and decision-makers
  2. Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our oncology offerings
  3. Achieve sales targets and grow market share through effective territory management and strategic account planning
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch and commercialisation of new oncology products
  5. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies
  6. Represent the company at industry events and conferences

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in oncology sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  2. Detailed knowledge of the oncology treatment landscape, including the latest drugs, therapies, and industry trends
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex medical information to healthcare professionals
  4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex procurement processes
  5. Familiarity with the healthcare regulatory environment and compliance requirements
  6. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or business
