Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mobile Technical QA (Gaming) role based in Pasig. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the quality and functionality of mobile gaming applications by conducting regular testing and quality assurance reviews. The role involves monitoring quality management processes, calibrating tools and techniques, analyzing test results for accuracy, and collaborating with developers to identify and resolve issues. The Mobile Technical QA will also develop best practices to enhance end-user experience and performance.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)


• 2+ years of software quality assurance experience, focusing on mobile or PC game testing


• Proficient in manual testing methodologies


• Experience in mobile device testing (including sideloading builds and retrieving logs)


• Strong knowledge of SQL or Java for backend validation (either is required)


• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)


• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub/GitHub Desktop)


• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)


• Familiarity with mobile app development and testing on both iOS and Android platforms


• Experience performing exploratory testing, regression, sanity, smoke, functional, end-to-end, and stress testing


• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
