Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing inquiries and process payments and refunds
  • Update and maintain accurate customer billing data
  • Address client concerns related to billing and payments
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive payment information
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Billing, and Sales teams
  • Identify process gaps and suggesting improvements
  • Support internal billing projects as assigned by the project manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 months of back office or billing experience
  • Good English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong administrative skills accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role
  • Ability to work with computers and different software packages
  • Ability to enter in large amounts of data into systems
  • Ready to take new responsibilities and grow professionally
  • Willing to ask questions and work as a part of the team
  • Available for occasional overtime work
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Looking for a long-term position
  • Willing to work full-time night shift
  • Willing to work on-site
