Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Offset Printer Operator to join our growing team at Rellik Prints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our Hamada offset printing machine, ensuring high-quality print output that meets client specifications and production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor Hamada Offset Printing Machines for various print jobs.
  • Prepare printing plates, inks, and paper stock for each run.
  • Conduct regular machine calibration and quality checks to maintain color accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Monitor print runs to identify and resolve any issues such as color variation, paper jams, or misregistration.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the printing area.
  • Coordinate with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
  • Ensure all print jobs comply with BIR-accredited document standards (if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience operating Hamada offset printing machines or similar offset press equipment.
  • Strong understanding of offset printing processes, color management, and press maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move materials related to press operations.
  • Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when required.
  • Willing to stay-in (free bedspace and food)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Temporary

Pay: Php Php750.00 per day
