We innovate grips and wraps for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles and controllers, built with premium materials and bold designs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer support role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Gorgias
Familiarity with Gen Z culture and a strong US- based cultural understanding
Demonstrate understanding of current- generation gaming consoles (PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S), including their core features and controllersProvide daily customer support via email and chat
Responsibilities
- Utilize email and chat to manage customer interactions efficiently
- Assist with relevant back office tasks as needed
- Manage customer communications efficiently using Gorgias and additional internal tools
Nice to have
Nice to Have Interest and/or Knowledge in Sports ( American Football, College Football)
