Marketing Specialist
to support campaigns, product launches, and digital engagement initiatives.

Role Purpose

The Marketing Specialist will execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional passionate about sustainability and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute digital campaigns across paid search, display, social media, and email marketing platforms.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to manage content calendars, ad placements, and automated workflows.
  • Perform keyword research, SEO optimization, and metadata management for EV product pages and blogs.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, social listening tools, and CRM dashboards, providing actionable insights.
  • Support marketing automation (email drip campaigns, lead scoring, customer segmentation) to drive conversions.
  • Assist in the production of technical content (EV specs, charging infrastructure guides, sustainability reports) for digital and print assets.
  • Coordinate data collection and reporting for campaign KPIs, including CTR, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead.
  • Manage digital asset libraries (brochures, product videos, infographics) ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy.
  • Support event technology (virtual launches, webinars, live-streamed demos) to enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, advertising standards, and sustainability messaging guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in automotive, EV, or technology industries.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
