  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing. social media advertising and content marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for various marketing projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and handling correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments when required to assist on a certain project.
  • Monitor campaign and marketing activities.
  • Collaborates liquidation, travel request, payment & purchase request and process for approval.
  • Checks the status of cash advance and reconciles liquidations and reimbursements.
  • Computes and submit summary of monthly expenses
  • In-charge of Marketing materials, modules and items inventory.
  • Maintains updated list of relevant suppliers.
  • Organize Marketing Forms and Process/System Files.
  • Track and manage inventory of marketing materials and supplies to ensure availability and timely replenishment.
  • Performs other related functions assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Continuously update individual operation manual.

QUALIFICATION/S

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management and Business-Related course.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube).
  • Basic understanding of marketing campaigns, branding and promotions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Excellent in written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in handing tasks.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team and marketing specialist in various tasks and initiatives aimed at promoting our products and enhancing brand awareness responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, conducting market research, assist in social media platforms and supporting the creation of marketing material.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
