DUTIES AND RSPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitates receiving, storing & issuance of materials, equipment, tools & supplies
  • Maintains orderliness and proper storage of materials and supplies
  • Handles the safekeeping of borrowed tools
  • Deliver materials, equipment and supplies to designated location,
  • Handles the maintenance, orderliness, security, safe and proper storage & shipping of all materials including complex & controlled substances
  • Facilitates the movement and disposal of assets and materials
  • Records all damaged, surplus,and missing inventory
  • Maintains accurate recording, accounting and controlling of material deliveries and issuances
  • Prepare the monthly inventory report
  • Submit documents to accounting on Payment of delivered items
  • Coordinates with Purchasing and other project Teams for effective monitoring of orders
  • Prepares and validates reports/ documents pertaining to receipt of delivered item

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years Technical Vocational Graduate
  • Computer literate
  • Warehouse Training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
