Warehouseman Job Description (BTL Industry)

Position Summary:

The Warehouseman is responsible for the proper handling, storage, monitoring, and safekeeping of materials, props, promotional items, and event equipment used in BTL activations. The role ensures accurate inventory management, timely preparation of items for deployment, and organized return and storage after events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and record incoming deliveries of promotional items, collaterals, props, and event equipment.
  • Safely store materials in designated areas while ensuring proper labeling and organization.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Prepare and issue items for deployment to activations, trade events, and field activities based on approved requests.
  • Ensure all items are in good condition before release and upon return.
  • Coordinate with project teams regarding schedules for pick-up and delivery of materials.
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards.
  • Assist in loading, unloading, packing, and unpacking of items for transport.
  • Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items to immediate supervisor.
  • Support logistical requirements during major activations or company events.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate; vocational or technical background is an advantage.
  • Experience in warehousing or logistics, preferably in events or advertising industries.
  • Knowledge in inventory systems and proper material handling.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
  • Flexible and willing to work beyond regular hours when needed (especially during activations).
