Duties and Responsibilities
- Take charge of the preparation and publication of store schedules for all corporate locations, including the creation and forecasting of Sales vs. Labor reports.
- Provide daily support, including managing email correspondence, calendar organization, scheduling team meetings, and others as needed
- Create, maintain, and update digital files, records, databases, and location performance data, ensuring version control and the accuracy of all documentation (procedures, manuals, etc.).
- Monitor and prioritize tasks within the Strategy and Development Department, assist in preparing proposals and reports, and collaborate with the team to ensure project progress and deadline adherence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments, external clients, and vendors, facilitating information flow and ensuring timely follow-up on meeting action items.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Able to monitor and guide the Department
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in virtual communication tools (email, video conferencing, etc.).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
