Electronic Supervisor

Job Summary
The Electronic Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and equipment. This role ensures that all electronic operations run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards while leading and supervising technical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electronic technicians and staff
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and maintenance of electronic systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve electronic system issues promptly
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards
- Schedule maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
- Prepare reports on system performance, repairs, and manpower activities
- Ensure availability and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
- Train and guide technicians to improve technical skills and performance
- Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and suppliers as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or vocational training in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in electronic systems supervision or related role
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic systems and components
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to work on flexible schedules when required
