Job Overview

We're looking for an Equipment Supervisor with experience in electronics manufacturing to oversee equipment operations on our production lines. You'll lead a team of Equipment Engineers and Technicians to keep our equipment running smoothly, reliably, and efficiently. The best fit for this role has strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team of Equipment Engineers and Technicians to ensure smooth equipment operations
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
  • Train and mentor equipment technicians and engineers on best practices and technical skills.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support line changes, process improvements, and new product launches.
  • Drive the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives to boost equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to achieve manufacturing goals.
  • Ensure all equipment activities comply with ESD, Safety, and Quality standards.
