DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of promotional data used across systems and departments, enabling effective planning, execution and analysis of promotional activities.
  • Create, update and maintain promotional master data based on the approved promo implementation guidelines
  • Lead the collection, validation and cleansing of promotional data to identify and eliminate outdated, inaccurate or duplicate records ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track the performance of promotional activities as basis of data-driven decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing or Finance.
  • With at least three (3) years of experience in master data management, promotion operations or ERP data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Willing to travel and render overtime work
