Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Marketing Manager, located in Makati. The Junior Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, oversee social media presence and content creation, and assist in analyzing key market metrics to refine strategies. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to ensure brand alignment, managing marketing initiatives, and preparing performance reports to track campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, including campaign coordination and strategy development
  • Social Media Management and Content Creation experience
  • Proficiency in Research, Data Analysis, and Market Trend Identification
  • Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Organizational skills
  • Familiarity with branding and retail promotion strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and reporting is a plus
  • Creative problem-solving approach and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
