What You'll Receive

Compensation Structure

• Entry Level (No experience): Up to ₱36,000/month
• Mid Level (2+ years experience): Up to ₱43,000/month
• Senior Level (5+ years experience): Up to ₱60,000/month

(Exact placement depends on your experience, training performance, and role alignment. Expect annual increases and regular salary resets to keep your pay competitive.)
