Job Description

  • Identifying land lease candidates
  • Negotiating lease contracts
  • Preparing zoning and permit applications
  • Coordinating the zoning process
  • Negotiating lease amendments
  • Serving as a point of contact for the community and government agencies
  • Compliance on relevant regulations and requirements of LGU/DPWH

Qualifications:

  • Must be College Graduate preferably any course
  • Must have work experience as SAQ officer
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team communication and collaboration.
  • With good negotiation skills and resourceful
  • With strong analytical and strong problem-solving capabilities

With Mandatory Benefit, 13th Month, Life and Accident Insurance + OT PAY

Working Schedule: 6 days per week

Exact Assigned Location: Fiberhome Cavite 3rd Floor Goldrich Bldg. I Revilla Business Park, Bacoor Cavite
