JOB SUMMARY

  • The LED Officer operates and maintains LED video wall and other video equipment on entertainment outlets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble LED screen, LED curtain, LED floor for concert and other production upon request
  • Monitor the operation of LED console and provide suggestions / advice if necessary.
  • Oversee the programing of LED effects for shows / programs.
  • Work closely with Lighting Engineer and Video Operators in theatre production shows, concerts and special events.
  • Attend all rehearsals of shows, special events, theatre and entertainment outlets, where use of LED will be required.
  • Supervise and / or assist the set-up and tear-down of mobile light and sound equipment when required.
  • Practice and implement safety procedures when operating any equipment.
  • Report to Entertainment Technical Manager of any concerns regarding the operation and maintenance of LED video wall.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a High School graduate
  • Completed technical course(s) related to Lighting and / or Electronics
  • At least three (3) years experience in the same role
  • Experienced and knowledgeable with LED video screen software and media servers.
  • Knowledgeable in setting-up, patching and operations of video equipment.
  • Basic knowledge in video editing
  • Experience as a video operator and/or cameraman
  • Basic knowledge in Safety and Rigging
