We are Easy Contact, a leading digital media publisher known for our cutting-edge reporting and analysis in the tech industry, our main publications are The Register, The Next Platform, Blocks & Files and DevClass. We make money by selling marketing and lead generation services to the Worlds' tech vendors. 

Role Summary: 

You will be responsible for generating, maintaining, and distributing client reports while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The reports will be regularly sent to clients so they can clearly see that we have delivered the marketing services they have bought. 

We deliver reports via a number of routes; mainly Excel, Google Sheets and  API integrations

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work with data, and a keen eye for detail. Lead Generation Report Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all reporting needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report Generation & Distribution: Produce regular client reports as per agreed schedules and requests, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and relevant.
  • Data Management: Collect, analyse, and organise data from various sources to create comprehensive reports for clients.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports, validating data and performing quality checks to minimise errors.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English Language 
  • Experience with reporting software or CRM systems is a plus.
