The TS Procurement Intern is expected to work with the whole TS Procurement Team and provide effective support for the processing of payments to vendors, which involves providing administrative and clerical support to the team. The main responsibilities of a TS PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE INTERN include:

· Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements of accounts, telco contract billing statements, etc.

· Collaborating with internal departments for processing of payments.

· Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and posting thru the system.

· Reconciling processed work by verifying entries to the system.

· Maintaining historical records

· Continuing to improve the payment process

· Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
