Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support for carrier IP networks, including BRAS, IPRAN, and regional core

network systems — covering network planning, solution design, testing, and optimization.

  1. Lead BRAS-related service delivery, including PPPoE/IPoE access, AAA authentication, IP

address allocation, user session management, and QoS policy optimization.

  1. Take responsibility for IPRAN network planning and implementation, including Layer-2/Layer-3

architecture design, MPLS, QoS, synchronization, and protection mechanisms to ensure high-

performance mobile backhaul.

  1. Participate in carrier network projects such as network migration, expansion, and

software/hardware upgrades, providing technical solutions and risk assessments.

  1. Conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting for BRAS, IPRAN, and core network issues, and

deliver detailed root-cause and optimization reports.

  1. Support the introduction and verification of new technologies such as IPv6, Segment Routing,

EVPN, SDN/NFV, and network automation for carrier networks.

  1. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, standard operation procedures, and

configuration templates to ensure network stability and service consistency.

  1. Deliver technical training, workshops, and on-site support for customers and internal teams to

enhance technical competence.

  1. Collaborate with R&D, testing, and project teams to validate and optimize new features in live

networks and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Electronic

Engineering.

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in IP network design, deployment, or maintenance, preferably

in carrier or large-scale service provider environments.

  1. Deep understanding of TCP/IP architecture, MPLS, and core routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-

IS, RSVP-TE, etc.).

  1. Hands-on experience in BRAS systems (PPPoE/IPoE, AAA, DHCP, QoS, NAT) and IPRAN

networks (LDP/RSVP, QoS, clock synchronization, Ethernet OAM, protection switching).

  1. Familiar with mainstream vendor platforms (ZTE, Huawei, Cisco, H3C, etc.) and carrier network

project delivery processes.

  1. Strong technical documentation, analysis, and communication skills.

  2. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to conduct on-site technical support,

troubleshooting, and presentations independently.

  1. Professional certifications such as HCIP/HCIE, CCNP/CCIE, or equivalent are preferred.
