What you'll be doing

  • Engage with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalised product recommendations
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming store environment, ensuring high levels of cleanliness and product presentation
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment and general store operations
  • Participate in product training and stay up-to-date with the latest Owndays brand offerings
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or concerns

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the retail or customer service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
