JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sales and Marketing Associate helps drive business growth by generating leads, promoting company offerings, and supporting marketing campaigns. This role bridges sales and marketing efforts to build brand awareness and convert prospects into loyal clients.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Schedule appointments and product or service demonstrations for the sales team.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure consistent communication and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (social media, email, and content marketing).
- Coordinate with the design and content team to produce promotional materials such as brochures, graphics, and blogs.
- Monitor engagement metrics and analyze campaign performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Assist in organizing company events, webinars, or online promotions.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in IT or BPO industry is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and good email etiquette.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Apollo, or CRM systems).
- Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Amenable to work on Nigh Shift/ Shifting/ Weekend Schedules.
- Amenable to work onsite at Baloc, Sto. Domingo, Nueva Ecija.
