Job Description

Internship Opportunity (On-site | Project-Based)

XGEN is offering internship opportunities for motivated students who want real-world project experience rather than routine administrative work. This internship is designed to expose students to actual company operations, international projects, and on-ground activities.

Internship Responsibilities

Interns will support various company projects, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with international projects and online coordination
  • Supporting marketing and field activities, including Barangay (Brgy) coordination and project follow-ups
  • Assisting in community and Donation projects, documentation, and progress tracking
  • Supporting offline events and on-site activities
  • Completing basic task updates, documentation, and assigned reports

Interns may be assigned to different focus areas (e.g. Design, IT, Marketing, Operations) based on their background and project needs. Specific roles are not limited, as assignments are project-based.

Internship Program Overview

Internship Format:

On-site or hybrid arrangement, depending on project requirements

Internship Duration:

Set by the company based on project timelines (typically 5–6 months), and aligned with school OJT or required internship hours

Internship Experience:

  • Participation in real company projects
  • Ongoing guidance and feedback from supervisors
  • Periodic performance reviews and evaluations

Internship Outcomes:

  • Internship evaluation and official internship certificate
  • School-required assessment and feedback documents
  • Capability assessment upon completion of the internship

XGEN clearly distinguishes its internship program from full-time employment.

We are willing to comply with partner schools' internship management requirements, including the signing of internship agreements, role descriptions, and evaluation documents.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled student or fresh graduate
  • Open to on-site internship (office and field activities)
  • Willing to learn, support teams, and participate in project-based work
  • Responsible, adaptable, and proactive
