About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Risk Control Specialist (Chinese/Mandarin) to join our dynamic team in Makati City Metro Manila. As a full-time Risk Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the risk control processes within our Information & Communication Technology operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining effective risk control measures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential threats, and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Monitor and analyze risk-related data to identify trends and patterns, and report on key risk indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance risk control policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging risk management trends
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of risk-related incidents
  • Other tasks assigned by the immediate superior

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a risk control or risk management role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Chinese/Mandarin and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • In-depth understanding of risk management frameworks, security protocols, and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with risk assessment tools and techniques, and experience in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
