JOB SUMMARY

Accounting Associate (Treasury)

1. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.1. Preparation of AP voucher for MP, GRM and GSM commissions.

1.2. Preparation of check voucher for MP Commission and MA Commission.

1.3. Responsible for the recording and preparation of monthly Financial

Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow) of Ancillary business (Lucrative Trading) and supporting schedules.

1.4. Responsible to check LTO liquidations.

1.5. Preparation of check voucher for Service Incentives.

1.5.1. Service Incentives – Quota, Oil, Weekly, Wynn's Incentives, Battery, Smile Promo

2. SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. Filing of all accountable forms

2.2. Participates in the yearend inventory of parts, new vehicles, fixed assets,

furniture and equipment, tools.

2.3. Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any equivalent course
  • At least 6 months to 1 year work related experience
  • Preferably with work experience in processing of payroll and treasury.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • CPA License is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to work in Alabang Area.
