Your Role

  • Perform a comprehensive review of employee travel and expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Verify expense receipts and documentation against travel and expense claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with corporate guidelines
  • Manage travel & expense-related inquiries thru calls, chats and tickets
  • Communicate with employees to resolve any discrepancies or missing information in expense reports
  • Support ad hoc activities
  • Manage card admin-related activities
  • Allocate expense reports and inquiry tickets
  • Actively raise any issues, concerns, problems in the process when encountered
  • Participate and lead Daily Management aka. daily huddles

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related programs
  • Prior experience in performing audit, review, cross-checking expenses vs. receipts - any other related activity that requires comprehension, analyzation and cross-checking is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
  • Enhanced understanding and proficiency in English Language
  • Strong comprehension and analytical skills in cross-checking documents (e.g. T&E Policies against expense reimbursements)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in accounting and finance
  • Flexible and Adaptive to changes
  • Proactive in raising concerns, issues, challenges or potential improvementPrior internship or work experience in an accounting-related role is a plus, but not required
