We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Coordinator to join our Operations Account. This role is critical in supporting vendor management, trade show preparation, and data accuracy across multiple markets. You will help ensure seamless coordination for vendors, representatives, and customers while managing large volumes of information used for scheduling, hospitality, and showroom preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Show and Appointment Coordination

  • Manage attendance records for vendors, representatives, and customer appointments across Dallas, Atlanta, and Las Vegas market shows.
  • Maintain large-scale spreadsheet tracking daily show schedules and hospitality needs.

Show Specials and Vendor Data Management

  • Oversee solicitation, entry, and preparation of all show specials in Markettime.
  • Create signage and materials needed for each showroom during market events.
  • Input all vendor information and price files into Markettime, adjusting data according to each vendor's format and requirements.

Markettime System Support

  • Load and manage data for 100+ product lines, including all required 2026 vendor information.
  • Handle full onboarding data setup for On-The-Road Rep vendors, compiling and entering all necessary details into Markettime from scratch.

Operational and Administrative Support

  • Ensure all product, pricing, and vendor information is accurate and fully updated for showroom use.
  • Support the team with data organization, documentation, and preparation for various sales initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
  • Experience or familiarity with Markettime is highly preferred.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with the Markettime tool.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
