About the Role
Motortrade Nationwide Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store in La Trinidad, Benguet. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive revenue growth, and maintain a high standard of store operations. This is a full-time, on-site position at our La Trinidad location.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage all day-to-day operations of the retail store, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment for the store's sales associates.

• Ensure the store maintains high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.

• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Collaborate with the regional management team to implement corporate policies and initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the consumer products industry.

• Demonstrated success in leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Proficiency in using retail management software and data analysis tools.
