We are seeking a diligent and motivated Legal Intake Specialist to join our team who is proficient in Spanish and English.

As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients in need of legal assistance in Consumer Protection in the United States of America. Your responsibilities will include conducting client interviews, collecting case-relevant information, and facilitating the intake process. Attention to detail is a must.

Job Requirements for Legal Intake Specialist:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be willing to work during Pacific Standard, Mountain Standard, and/or Eastern Standard Time
  • Must be proficient in the Spanish and English languages.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a legal or customer service capacity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with clients and actively listen to their concerns.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage the intake process for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and document case-relevant information.
  • Proficiency in using office software and case management systems.
  • Commitment to upholding client confidentiality and maintaining ethical standards in legal intake processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • This position is fully on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
