Project Overview
Our client is a leading global consulting firm focused on turnarounds, carve-outs and transformation consultIng. They ae working with global financial services and payments firm to assess, design and pilot the IT shared serivces business. This is expected to entail carving out the entity from its current business unit.
To support this project, they are seeking
2 additional consultants
to join the project team on the ground in Manila.
Prior experience:
They require consultants with prior experience in FinOps and chargeback models and/or experience with IT operating models. The focus is on the organisation model, not technology. Shared services experience is also a plus.
Prior consulting experience at a high value consulting firm is a must have.
Logistics:
This will be an initial
20 week engagement
and will require on-site presence at the client offices in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
Project scope:
assess, design and pilot the shared services organization. This includes defining chargeback models and service costing and designing the business interface to IT.
