Assist in the processing and packing of customers' orders for delivery or shipment.

  • Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • ⁠Responsible in receiving, issuance and processing of documents and warehouse stocks.
  • Ensure accurate inventory for both system and physical inventory.
  • Investigate and resolve any inconsistencies in inventory data.
  • Maintain organized and update records of all warehouse transactions.
  • Generate and review reports to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure a smooth the flow of operation.
  • Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Promote and maintain a culture of 5S and safety in the workplace. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
  • Performs other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification: Education/Experience:

  • The candidate must be at college level/a Bachelor Graduate/Graduate of Technical or Vocational Course or equivalent.
  • With or without work experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, in verbal, written and basic English comprehension.
  • Can Start Immediately
