Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various HR tasks such as recruitment, employee engagement, and records management.
  • Support in reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Help maintain and update employee and candidate databases.
  • Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Participate in preparing and posting job advertisements.
  • Conduct basic research on HR-related topics such as salary trends and best practices.
  • Help prepare HR reports and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in organizing company events, career fairs, or webinars.
  • Help create content for HR or recruitment-related communications.
  • Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Course in Human Resources or a related field, either completed or currently ongoing.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and processes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the human resources field.
  • Must be able to render 300 hours and up of OJT
