About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at Dine Delight Group Inc.' in Imus City, Cavite. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes. This is a full-time position that will allow you to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing daily bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports
  2. Assisting with the preparation of invoices, payroll, and other financial documents
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our accounting systems
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practices

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues
  5. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  6. A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest accounting practices and regulations
