Role Summary:

Leads frontline operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service in all store sections.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee team during assigned shift (kitchen, dining, cashier)

● Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign team responsibilities

● Monitor food quality, customer wait time, and cleanliness

● Escalate operational concerns to the Store/Assistant Manager

● Ensure proper closing/opening procedures

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

● College level with experience in QSR or fast-food supervision

● Good interpersonal and leadership skills

Able to work under pressure and in shifting schedules
