Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess bachelor's degree in journalism, PR, marketing or related field

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in public relations, content writing and corporate communication

  • Knowledgeable in B2B sales and marketing environment

  • Proficient in MS Office and preferably Hubspot Email Marketing

  • Strong communication ability (oral and written)

  • Background in researching, writing, and editing publications

  • Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills

Job Responsibilities:

Events Management

1. Manage all aspects of event planning, meet strict deadlines, stay within budget and/or employ cost savings measures to achieve Marketing Targets

2. Nurture and build relationships with vendors, partners, venues, and other industry contacts while crafting and implementing the creative and logistical aspects of all events

3. Remain current (or ahead of the curve) with trends in event planning, design, and production, and proactively identify and solve operational challenges

4. Establish procedures and train staff to execute them

5. Comply with legal, insurance, health, and safety regulations at all times

6. Coordinate with internal staff, clients, partners and vendors to establish the requirements for an event, and serve as liaison to senior executives, government officials, and industry leaders throughout the planning process

Public Relations

1. Organize PR campaigns and media relations strategies

2. Conceptualize, edit, write, and update promotional materials of the company (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)

3. Prepare, write, and distribute press releases

4. Organize and manage PR events (e.g., brand and contract signing launch, press conferences, partner enablement, and etc.) and serve as the company's spokesperson

5. Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising

6. Address inquiries from all digital platforms of the company (social media, websites, SMS, and etc.)

7. Track media coverage and follow industry trends

8. Prepare and submit PR reports
