  1. Admin Tasks

    a. Assisting in the coordination with suppliers, i.e., office supplies.

    b. Maintenance of office cleanliness and orderliness.

    c. Monitoring, ordering, and processing RFPs for office and cleaning supplies.

    d. Processing of annual and quarterly permits, or any needed office certifications

    e. Monitoring, updating, and securing documents.

    f. Disseminating HR information to other departments.

    g. Assist HR in coordinating with other departments nationwide.
