Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our team. The role involves creating, developing, and optimizing designs to meet technical requirements, safety standards, and project objectives. The Design Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions that align with client and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
  • Perform design calculations, simulations, and feasibility studies to ensure functionality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to integrate designs into overall project plans.
  • Review and analyze project requirements, technical documents, and client specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify design issues and propose innovative solutions for improvement.
  • Conduct design reviews and support testing, prototyping, and validation of new products or systems.
  • Manage design documentation, revisions, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical support during project implementation, installation, and commissioning.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, materials, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field).
  • Proven experience in design engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst or equivalent depending on industry).
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
