Job Title: Company / Personal Driver (President of the Company)

Job Summary

The Company / Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for the Company President. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, excellent driving skills, and flexibility in schedule. The driver ensures the President's timely arrival to meetings, business engagements, and personal appointments while maintaining the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely transport the Company President to and from business meetings, company events, and personal appointments.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions.
  • Ensure punctuality and adherence to the President's daily schedule.
  • Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and basic inspections.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and registration as needed.
  • Observe strict confidentiality regarding all company and personal matters.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of personal or business items when necessary.
  • Stand by on-call during working hours and be flexible with extended or irregular schedules.
  • Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the President or Management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least high school graduate; vocational training is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a personal or executive driver is preferred.
  • With valid professional driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Knowledgeable of city routes, traffic patterns, and alternative roads.
  • Physically fit and with good eyesight and hearing.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and highly professional in demeanor.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • With good communication skills and a respectful attitude.
