Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Assistant Manager)

We are hiring a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead large-scale implementation projects and support business development initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects
  • Configure and optimize modules: Global HR, Talent Management, Workforce Rewards, Workforce Management, HR Help Desk
  • Work closely with clients, technical teams, and presales for solutioning and effort estimates
  • Prepare design specs, conduct testing, training, and UAT support
  • Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality delivery

What We're Looking For (Non-negotiable)

  • 8–10 years hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Minimum of 3 full end-to-end HCM implementations
  • Strong presales exposure: solutioning + effort estimation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT / HR / related field (Master's preferred)
