Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Assistant Manager)
We are hiring a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to lead large-scale implementation projects and support business development initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects
- Configure and optimize modules: Global HR, Talent Management, Workforce Rewards, Workforce Management, HR Help Desk
- Work closely with clients, technical teams, and presales for solutioning and effort estimates
- Prepare design specs, conduct testing, training, and UAT support
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality delivery
What We're Looking For (Non-negotiable)
- 8–10 years hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Minimum of 3 full end-to-end HCM implementations
- Strong presales exposure: solutioning + effort estimation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT / HR / related field (Master's preferred)
