Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the firm's branding, digital presence, and client outreach efforts. This role works closely with the design team to translate our projects into compelling marketing content and help grow the firm's visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Content Marketing

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the firm's brand identity across all platforms
  • Create and schedule content for social media (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Write marketing copy for website updates, proposals, and presentations

Digital & Visual Marketing

  • Coordinate photography, project documentation, and image organization
  • Prepare marketing materials including lookbooks, project sheets, and portfolios
  • Assist with website updates

Business Development Support

  • Help prepare client proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
  • Maintain marketing databases and client contact lists
  • Track marketing metrics and engagement performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (experience in design, architecture, or creative industries preferred)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Interest or background in interior design, architecture, or visual arts
  • Basic photography and photo-editing knowledge
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
