Digital Engineering, Research & Development Lead

specialized tracks. Please see which area aligns with your expertise:

1: SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Focus on designing and configuring core SAP PLM modules to optimize product development.

  • Experience: 7+ years in SAP PLM.
  • Core Skills: Specification Management, Recipe Development, BOM, and Engineering Change Management.
  • Integration: Expert in linking SAP PLM with MM, PP, QM, and CAD tools like SAP ECTR.
  • Key Tasks: Leading workshops and analyzing requirements to improve product development practices.

2: Master Data Governance (MDG)

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data governance solutions.
  • Experience: 5+ years in SAP Functional roles, with 3+ years specifically in SAP MDG (preferably MDG-BP).
  • Technical Depth: Expertise in MDG and S/4 HANA MM.
  • Core Skills: Data Modeling, Workflow design, Business Rules Framework (BRF+), and Data Replication (DRF).
  • Responsibilities: Managing data quality, validation, and approval workflows across global systems.

3: Data Transformation & AI Analytics

  • Drive business value through PIM strategies, data migration, or cost optimization, with a focus on AI adoption.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital consulting, data transformation, or technology strategy.
  • PIM Consultant: Leading workshops on product taxonomy and AI-powered product information management,
    OR;
  • Data Migration: Strategic advisor for legacy system assessment, ETL processes, and AI-driven migration roadmaps,
    OR;
  • Cost Optimization: Identifying savings in technology portfolios and supply chains using AI and financial modeling.
