Marketing Visual Specialist
Salary range: 50,000 total packaged

Qualification:

  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital content creation

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)

  • Strong eye for layout, motion, and design principles

  • Interest in gaming and/or previous experience working with gaming content is a big plus

  • A self-starter who's able to work independently in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Job Description:
Strategic Creative Development

  • Leverage marketing data and performance metrics to inform creative direction and ensure assets are optimized for conversion across multiple channels

  • Edit gameplay footage and enhance it with motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, and other elements to increase viewer engagement

  • Adapt creatives for various platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic networks, ensuring platform-specific best practices are followed

Market Research & Performance Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing data to drive informed decision-making.

  • Stay up-to-date with visual and creative trends in mobile gaming, digital advertising, and performance marketing to keep content fresh and competitive
