Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Dining Operations

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating in the al fresco dining area
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and presentable manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
  • Ensure guest comfort in an outdoor setting (shade, cleanliness, table setup)

Food Preparation & Support

  • Assist in basic food preparation, plating, or beverage making as needed
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times

Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Set up and clear tables, chairs, umbrellas, and dining areas before and after service
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors, service stations, and surrounding outdoor areas
  • Dispose of waste properly and manage cleanliness despite weather conditions

Teamwork & Operations Support

  • Support co-staff during peak hours or staff shortages
  • Follow shift schedules, opening, and closing procedures
  • Assist in inventory checks and restocking supplies when needed
  • Comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and management instructions

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least high school graduate or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods in an outdoor environment
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Can work under varying weather conditions (heat, wind, light rain)
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
