KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support month-end related activities including management reporting and consolidation for selected entities
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliverables (including reporting, forecasting/budgeting, and analysis) into various system(s) submission and in excel or any other platform
  • Support planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting activities
  • Support variance analysis (including but not limited to P&L/Bal Sheet/Capex/ESG) by working closely with other finance team members and other stakeholders to provide meaningful insights
  • Support overhead and capex cost control activities
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to obtain required inputs for all submissions (actual/forecast/budget/adhoc)
  • Support process improvement projects using Business Intelligence tools or forecasting tools or such similar platforms as assigned
  • Develop or update comprehensive documentation (SOP) for key processes and reports
  • Ensure compliance with Group InControl Framework
  • Support any other related duties or projects as assigned from time to time

KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field (mandatory)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
  • At least 4 years of accounting and finance-related work experience in a dynamic and fast paced organization (preferably in MNC or listed company) and preferably not more than 10 total years of experience
  • Highly proficient in English (both verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will be prefered
  • Qualified CA (chartered accountant) or prior audit experience will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in Power Query, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, SAP, forecasting tools, and other automation skills will be an added advantage
