Site Surveyor Key Responsibilities

1. Site Measurement & Technical Assessment

  • Perform detailed measurements of rooms, walls, ceilings, electrical points, plumbing lines, and other site conditions.
  • Evaluate existing structures and materials to identify limitations or required preparations.
  • Capture photos, sketches, and notes documenting all relevant site details.

2. Pre-Sales Client Engagement

  • Explain Blanc's renovation solutions, packages, materials, design options, timelines, and value propositions during the site visit.
  • Clarify what is included/excluded in the service to set proper expectations.
  • Assist clients in understanding possible layouts, design ideas, and feasibility based on site conditions.
  • Provide initial guidance that helps clients make informed decisions before final costing.

3. Technical Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare complete and accurate survey reports for designers, operations, and project managers.
  • Coordinate with the design and sales teams regarding measurement concerns or client requests.
  • Provide technical insights that support quotation and project planning.

4. Client Service Excellence

  • Represent Blanc professionally at every site visit.
  • Answer client questions confidently and redirect advanced technical inquiries to the appropriate team.
  • Ensure clients feel guided, supported, and well-informed throughout the pre-project stage.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales consultants, designers, and project teams for smooth handover from pre-sales to project execution.
  • Validate measurements and site feasibility during design alignment and installation planning.

6. Safety & Compliance

  • Follow jobsite safety protocols during all visits.
  • Report onsite risks or hazards to the operations team.

Qualifications

  • Background in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, or a similar technical field.
  • Experience in site measurement, surveying, or renovation work is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and confidence in speaking with clients.
  • Ability to explain materials, renovation processes, and design basics in a simple, clear way.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (floor plans, elevations, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
  • Physically able to navigate client homes and job sites.
  • Willing to travel on a motorbike as this is the faster way to move around (plus if can drive a motorbike, bike will be provided)

Job Type Details:

  • Full-time in Mandaue
  • 6 days a week
  • Salary: starts at 18k, can increase depending on experience
