Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with warehouse in-charges across South Luzon to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor warehouse performance and ensure that inventory management, receiving, dispatching, and storage processes are properly implemented.
  • Serve as the central point of communication between warehouse sites and head office/logistics team.
  • Consolidate reports and updates from all South Luzon warehouses and provide operational insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in aligning warehouse operations with company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Support and guide warehouse in-charges in addressing operational issues, delays, and discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular visits to warehouse sites to assess operations and ensure consistency across locations.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and store operations teams to ensure timely movement of goods and supplies.
  • Recommend process improvements, systems, or tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and help in planning manpower or resource needs during peak seasons or special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • With experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Can multitask and coordinate across multiple warehouse locations
  • Willing to travel across South Luzon for site visits and operational monitoring
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse processes, inventory systems, and safety protocols
  • With basic analytical skills and ability to consolidate reports from multiple sources

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
