The Operations Manager supports the Senior Manager in driving growth and profitability for Fast Services Corporation. The role focuses on the effective and efficient planning, organizing, leading, and controlling of operations activities. It also emphasizes the development of employees and future leaders, fostering both professional growth and personal well-being within and beyond the workplace.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of any four-year business course, with at least one (1) year of experience as an Operations Head or in a similar leadership role. The candidate must have also attended relevant training or seminars on warehousing or logistics.
