Job Title: Digital Project Manager

Location: Ortigas, Pasig, PH

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Hybrid | 3x Onsite, 2x WFH)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Project Manager / Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in delivering projects across various systems and platforms, preferably within the retail environment. This role requires an analytical mindset, emotional maturity, and the ability to challenge clients, problem-solve, and bring innovative ideas to the table. Working with Australian clients, the Project Manager will align closely with program managers to challenge the status quo and drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services to retail businesses focusing on technology, omni-channel, digital, and enterprise solutions (e.g., ERP, eCommerce, CRM, CDP, OMS, Social, BI, Digital Marketing).

• Lead workshops and strategy sessions to develop tailored solutions and strategies for retail clients.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of identified solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

• Regularly liaise with solution vendors and system integration partners.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective solutions.

• Utilize and contribute to the PM Skill Matrix to ensure high project delivery standards.

• Monitor project performance and take corrective action as needed to ensure successful outcomes within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A resilient team player with a passion for retail transformation and digital innovation.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, solve problems, and provide constructive challenges to clients.

• Proven experience in managing diverse teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership in project delivery, with a focus on aligning with program management to ensure continuous improvement.

• Accreditation in Project Management Methodology – Princell or PMBOK or like methodologies

• Adept at managing risks and maintaining compliance with internal frameworks.

• Experience working within retail is highly desirable but not essential.

• Experience in Software Development methodologies eg. Agile, RAD

• Experience in initiating programs of work and mobilizing teams.

• Experience in identifying and mitigating inherent Project risks

• Proficient in corporate and project procurement processes, including tendering.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication tailored to diverse audiences.

• Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain focus under pressure.

• Brings new ideas and challenges the status quo to continuously improve project delivery practices.
