Job description:

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of accounting and business systems for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, setup, training, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific business needs. This is an on-site position that involves fieldwork, client engagement, and strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or any business-related course.
  • At least two (1) years of relevant experience in system implementation or a similar role, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification – Level 1 and Level 2
  • Xero Advisor Certification
  • Strong understanding of accounting systems, particularly QuickBooks Online and Xero. Familiarity with ERP software or inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to analyze business processes, troubleshoot issues, and explain technical concepts in layman's terms.
  • Must be willing to travel for on-site client visits and system setup activities as required by project schedules.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
